“If you are LGBQ it is a safe space and that is great! Otherwise the staff is not friendly or helpful and it is clean, but run down. Also, they don’t let people bring their plastic refillable water bottles with water in them to the pool on a hot day, so you have to buy water at their bar which is pricey.”

“We decided to stay at the Maryland in last minute on a Friday and we were welcomed by the hostess and brought right to our room. The properties brand new and in great condition, and they even offer breakfast in the morning. It’s a wonderful little quiet spot in Ocean Grove, right across from the beach. Definitely recommend!”

“Not a modern facility. The tub had a stains on the porcelain in the place where you place your feet. I put down a hand towel so I wouldn’t step on the stains in the tub. I don’t know if they are rust stains. The base of the bathroom sink was chipping and was not new. The bed was fine. Nice furnishings in the room. Good and secure room lock. Good air conditioning. Upstairs rooms require walking up wooden stairs that are outside. There are no elevators so you can ask for a ground level……
