“Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Kitchen cabinets and furniture could use an update. Breakfast was fair (nothing compared to the Hampton Inn's breakfasts). Overall, a nice place to stay close to Long Branch beach.”

“The receptionist was very friendly but the cleaning has been terrible since I arrived, the bathroom was covered in hair from the other clients and in the 5 days I stayed there. They didn't clean the room even for a day so it was terrible for me.”

“I am not a mean spirited person nor am I fussy. But I travel all the time and I grew up in Ocean Grove and my night at The Quaker Inn off season even was not good. For $300 my friend and I got a tiny room with two single beds, no view. When I asked for an upgrade, I got a lame excuse even though the place was empty. There was no hot water for the morning shower; no nice amenities like good soap or shampoos. Thin towels, a cheap blanket. No breakfast. One of those terrible capsule coffee……

“We had the best stay at The Lillagaard! We were only there for one night but wish we stayed longer. From the very start, the owner, Suzanne, was beyond accommodating. She called to see when I would be checking in and when I told her I was going to be in town earlier than expected she offered an early check in since the room was ready. The property has a stunning view of the ocean and plenty of porch seating on various levels to take it in. The house is full of charm and everything was very……

“Liz, Ashley and the entire staff at The Inn were excellent and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Breakfast was delicious and we could have asked for a better stay. Upon waking up to a plumbing issue, Ashley and her staff were right on it and even moved us to a suite to complete our stay. We will definitely be staying here again and this Inn and the Marilyn, their sister property, will always be our first choice!”

“This hotel is rated a 7 for a reason. The location is okay. The new renovations were a "landlord special" ... new cabinets & flooring. But it was poorly done and it shows. The walls are dirty and have holes. They patched the tub walls with differnt tiles and the tub fauset is unsecured and they just used culk to hold it...it didnt hold and wiggles so much. The breakfast was not good. The pool was in nice condition tho.”
