"The room was lovely - great view. Nicely decorated. But the bathroom left a lot to be desired: No grab bars in the tub - very dangerous. Unattractive discolored rubber mat for shower. I did not want to touch. No water pressure in shower and no hand wand. No hooks for robes, personal items, clothes, etc. Just the one towel bar."

Room service was spotty and the service phone was not functioning. Regretful of my spa experience, was made to wait for rooms to be prepared and were not given any grace of additional time for the 90 minute period that was billed but not fulfilled."

"Everything was good about this place minibus a very rude smug young lady soon may check out. She was obnoxious. The others were fine. She kinda ruined the experience which was a shames as the hotel was great otherwise."

"Stayed overnight after a concert at the Stone Pony. Walkable to venue. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking boardwalk and ocean. Clean, friendly, limited parking but we were early enough to get a spot. Walkable to restaurants, boardwalk, beach, Stone Pony."
