Unfortunately the room was anything but. The door was impossible to unlock and took both of us to do it. Also the door could be opened a bit even without unlocking it. The room was clean, nothing fancy. Also the back entrance door lock seemed to not work and there were extension cords in the stairwell for the lamps. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. I understand that the location, especially being close to the casino, likely drives up the rates, but it still didn’t feel like a great value overall. The biggest issue for us was the noise. For some reason, the TVs are left on in vacant rooms, which is something I’ve never experienced before. At night, when everything else is quiet and you’re trying to fall asleep, you can hear TVs playing in the surrounding rooms. It was constant background noise and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The stay wasn’t terrible, but between the cost and the noise, I’m not sure we would choose to stay here again."
