"I appreciated that the staff does listen to travelers. They asked how was our room and I commented it was fine, the only issue I had was the showerhead, it needed some maintenance to make it flow better. When we returned to our room after spending the day outside, I noticed the showerhead was replaced with a new one! It works better and I enjoyed the shower! Thank you for responding so quickly! :-)"
