"The room was very clean, warm and above expectations. I know it was opened in June 2025 but it was exceptionally clean and a great experience. The breakfast and the morning staff was professional and very cordial and the areas was kept well stocked and clean with a great verity of both cold and hot items. The front desk and the office staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff was very professional and very helpful and friendly. We stayed from Tuesday through Friday and we had interaction with multiple staff and all were friendly and professional, and I would like to thank the lady that told us about the Ron Lahody’s Trust Your Butcher Steakhouse, it was amazing and the highlight of our stay. I will recommend Holiday Inn Express in Muncie as the best, and over the years we have stayed in about 5 different locations and this is by far the best and our next time in town will be Holiday Inn Express. Thank You"
