"The concept and room was excellent, modern innovated, clean, comfortable…. It was the very first time I have never had coffee or tea in the room! If you are there for work or school it has a great social area to lounge in…. Never ate there as it is a bit pricey"

"We stayed at The James twice during our visit to the Netherlands. First time we were located on the 3rd floor, good sized room, large shower, soundproofing great. The second time on the 11th floor, again a good sized room, although I preferred the third floor. Bath and shower in this room which was great. Didn’t use the 2nd floor amenities but had a look and there was a great selection available. Close to everything - station, shops, restaurants and sights. Reception team were lovely and very helpful when the national transport strike was confirmed, assisting us in getting to Eindhoven via taxi. Would recommend."
