The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!”

“That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”

“We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool……

“Easy to find and the perfect location for us to get up and go to the Autotrain the next morning. Unit was nicely designed and the bathroom had the best shower we had on our trip.
