"The good thing was the location, the view and the room layout was nice. Unfortunately our showerhead didn’t work well and had a big leak — and it took them a day and a half to find someone to fix it."

"Really great location. Clean and lovely decorated rooms. The hotel lobby was very nice. The only difficult part was there were no drawers to put clothes in and the closet was small. We would stay there again!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen prior to embarking on a cruise. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Also it is conveniently located to several points of interest. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Copenhagen."

"i had booked a room with upgrade so the bathroom was modern and nice. However, other people in my group booked the economy room and their bathroom was tiny and old with just pedestal sink and no hair dryer. The breakfast is good with lots of choices to get going. Location was super with a short walk to Tarnby station and supermarket is close by. Microwave in lobby was helpful. We stayed here 4 nights and it served our purpose while we explored copenhagen."
