About this property

Beautiful, new and spacious walk out basement

  • Recently finished amazingly spacious walk out basement just 5minutes walk from the beautiful Aurora reservoir and south land mall. Very quite and respected neighborhood where you feel safe and hospitable
    you have a driveway parking spot designated just for our guests. You will enjoy a beautiful and spacious space with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner lives in the main house.
