“New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!! ”

“Only stayed one night but the staff were super friendly and helpful. If you like modern then you’re going to the wrong place. The decor fits the building perfectly with really beautiful artwork and fittings. Evening meal and breakfast were both superb !! Would definitely return and hopefully next time stay longer to take advantage of the outdoors as the location and scenery is stunning.”

“This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found that the choice of food was plentiful and a good variety of dishes. The food itself was……

“Overall nice hotel. Bedrooms obviously recently refurbished. Look really nice. Huge bathroom. Actual bedroom very small (terrace room) Bed extremely small. Smallest hotel bed we have ever had. Comfortable bed but small. Room far too hot. Unfortuneately unable to open window because we had terrace room could only open patio door which is not then secure. No way of having a partial locking mechanism. Even a chain arrangement. Food very good. But served on cold plates. Not good. Not told about……
