“1st night there we woke up to our room and a lot of other guest rooms flooding. Still not sure where the water came from. They moved all the guest to a different tower and after requesting some type of accountability because our luggage got wet, they finally gave a free breakfast for two days. “Embassy Suites is a beautiful place to stay. Great Amenities, awesome pool and friendly staff. The only small problem that we encountered was that we were not able to receive incoming phone calls ( from the concierge or from room to room) did not ring in our room and was not fixed until the day that we left. However, that did not diminish the amazing time that we had at Embassy Suites!!!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me.
