Check in was not great. No opportunity for upgrades without huge surcharge. Our bathroom door did not shut, their fix was to put a hair elastic on the door knobs to keep it closed. The pool closes at 6pm so make a note of that. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row, we had no towels, guest ...
