"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Good tidy room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The interleading door between the different floor levels slam. All the time, due to people going through it. And it's loud. So if youre a light sleeper it will annoy you. Someone had been ill and vomited outside the front of the building and the back of the building. So that smell permeated through the entrance and shared spaces and from the alley way into your bathroom windows. Otherwise staff were fantastic with service. "
