“One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were unique and spacious, the common areas were warm and comfortable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. This was the highlight of the Azores for me. I'd come back to the Azores simply to stay at this hotel !”

“It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments.”
