"Great place to stay and relax. Directly on the lake, stunning view, delicious food, so quiet and relaxing"

"Very nice!"

"Poor upkeep. Burnt carpet and room still had a full ash tray in it. "

"The host family was exceptionally kind. The room was very peaceful and afforded me good sleep"

"Luan and family were excellent hosts, really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time with them and would highly recommend this hotel, best in Ba Be"

"Nicely renovated unit. Nice stay."

"Didn’t know we were arriving, very low ceilings (nothinin like pictures) Was offered very expensive dinner, only instant noddles for breakfast. Suggested I could refund via hotels.com and pay cash instead! Also tried my door at 12pm.. generally weird and not worth the money. Better food, places in ba be"

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"
