“Donald and Sheryl were the best hosts. They left snacks and some bottled water. They met us when we arrived and gave suggestions to restaurants near there. We didn’t cook but from what I can tell they had everything one would need. There fire pit and chairs were great. They were behind the camper so it was kinda private. The sweetest dogs and a quiet community. We hope to stay with them again. My only beef about the trip was that I was charged a $1,500 damage deposit and those do not usually……

“Enjoyed my stay!”

“Ward and Jared were wonderful and prompt when we needed something they were right there the camper was comfortable and stocked would definitely go back again”

“Upon arriving and checking in - our family was tired but once we saw the place we had so much energy. We enjoyed fishing , going to the beach & overall just relaxing. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. We enjoyed our conversation with the hosts. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!”

“Very nice an quite place enjoyed our stay will definitely be staying again an wouldRecommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area every thing was very clean and you comfortable”

“The host responds promptly! The house was clean and the location convenient. We enjoyed the pink theme, spacious yard, beautiful tree with swing, and the porch swing too.”

“Exactly what i needed”

“Nice little house, made our weekend visiting some local family much easier than having to drive to the city for a hotel.”

“we had the best time it was wonderful”

“Great spot! Perfect for our family. House was well appointed with luxury sheets, towels and everything we needed”

“We come to Fort McAllister often to visit friends and love when we can include our fur babies! This home was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, & cozy. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!”

“We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise……

“Beautiful”

“I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be……

“Clean, quiet and a pretty setting and location. We would stay here again when passing through.”

“If you haven't checked out the Harris Neck Nature Reserve you should, in fact go a couple of times- you'll see different birds and wildlife at various times of the day. At dusk you might find an alligator in your path, so keep your eye open. If that's too much wildlife for you grab a cold drink and great meal at Hunter's Cafe!”

“Very small but very charming! Definitely do not recommend for more than 2 people, as there's minimum privacy when doing your business! Your roommate will hear everything LOL. A pleasant surprise was that since the time the property photos were made, the futon chair has been replaced with a small loveseat with a pull out cushion mattress. Shower and toilet worked great. Easy drive to Tybee and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return!”

“The best stay, beds were so comfortable and the location was perfect! So clean and smelled so good. Can’t wait to come back!”

“What a cute and cozy place! Perfectly centered in the middle of everything, we enjoyed our bday trip immensely. So did our pups.”

“The location was amazing! Steps from the park and walkable to so many wonderful places. We loved it and having a parking spot was a huge bonus! Rob was a great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only miss is that it is below grade and that was not clear in the listing or description. Not a deal breaker but we were in the back corner so if we opened the shades people could see in and we looked onto the parking area. We would still stay there again and would……
