The staff actually came to me and bend down when I checked in to pass me the signing sheet and showed me around the hotel as well. Friendly tuktuk driver named Tim. Even tried to help us find a local restaurant after dropping us off at downtown during shuttle service. Best service I ever had in any hotel. "

I wish I had noted their names because they truly stood out. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the pool is lovely, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the cherry on top, fresh and absolutely delicious. I traveled solo and stayed for three nights, and I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time."

"Well this is hotel to stay in if you want to have it all. We have been looked after exceptionally. I did not know how to go back to home. Clothes washed everyday, amazing breakfast, driven everywhere you want to go, the most kind tour guide- I recommending asking jaya to book your tours. Son our guide was 10/10\. He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying. "
