“This property is just lovely. You won't make a mistake by staying here. It is in the mountains, and you will drive about an hour to get to any of the tourist spots but that is part of the adventure. Coming back to this lovely home is all you need. The place is just perfect. The kids (adult children) loved the ping pong and just relaxing around the house. The boys enjoyed the PlayStation too. Everything you need is here and the hosts are just fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked, and we managed……

“Magnifique hébergement avec un personnel aux petits soins. Confort, et grand luxe!! Par contre, la nourriture est beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité proposée qui n’est pas, à mon avis, à la hauteur d’un deux clés Michelin… en commençant par le café. Décevant pour un pays qui produit du café si merveilleux! L’hôtel aurait tout avantage à former ses employés à la méthode des baristas et offrir de vrais cafés de spécialités. Et payer des soupes du jour très ordinaires, à 15$ USD du bol, c’est……

“Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. ”

“Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! ”

“The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it. It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. I'm happy thay my stay was limited to one night as I require quiet enjoyment in my lodgings. Parking was also tricky and the rivers and gardens mentioned in other reviews were non existent. This property is 2 hours away from San Jose……
