"We checked in very late in the night because of flight delays. Regardless we were checking in at 3:30am the front desk guy was attentive and very welcoming. He shared advice on where to go if we wanted to have a few drinks and also gave advice of where to grab food at those hours if we just wanted to stay in. The entire Hotel was beautiful. Walking distance to everything. I didn’t pack sneakers and we were suppose to sightsee/walk around San Juan, footlocker was just a block or 2 away so I was able to get some comfortable walking shoes. "

I especially enjoyed the service by the pool—everyone was attentive and helpful. Spent some time in the casino and had a lot of fun there too.
