“The hotel was perfect for our long weekend. The location is excellent: situated in the old town, only a couple minutes around the corner from the market, near to all the shops and the bus stop to the airport and about a 10 minute walk to the port. The staff are so helpful and friendly and anticipate what you are going to ask for. The pool is very clean and doesn’t smell too strongly of chlorine, the sauna is well maintained and the in a nice quiet area. Several guests like to sit around the pool……

“very good budget with stay in a calm / nice area. there's mcdonalds and carrefour just next two blocks aways. walking 10 minutes to La Rochelle old town center. specially the room is much lager than I expected! a wonderful experience to stay here! ”

“The property gave off Best Western vibes. The carpet was old, the rooms were a mix of traditional and modern. That can be done well, this wasn’t. Our air conditioning was broken, so they put a stand up unit in the room which worked but was loud and meant we had to keep the window open for the hose to vent. The hotel offered us 2 free drinks because of the inconvenience. No lotion or anything more than shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The towels were small, relatively thin, but they were nice……
