“The room didn’t have two bedside tables for two beds. Made it hard for the person sleeping on the side of the bed that didn’t have the bedside table. Used one of the chairs instead”

“Good location, simple breakfast”

“The room was spacious and very well equipped. It had cutlery and crockery as well as microwave and toaster so we could eat in if desired. The gardens and swimming pool area were beautifully kept. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The only negative for us was a limited range of tap beers in the attractive bar/dining room. We would happily stay there again.”

“The property we stayed in (deluxe cabin) was excellent. Clean, tidy, comfortable and everything worked (great wifi). Potholes around entrance need some attention.”

“Good selection of food for Sunday breakfast. However, hot food was NOT hot as the warmers were not switched on.”

“This hotel is a bit of culture shock for European travellers. Shared bathrooms were something I did not expect but I’ve since discovered it’s common in country hotels in Australia. The hotel was being renovated, there were builders everywhere making a lot of noise with machinery early in the morning. Our bedroom at the booking stage was advertised as having a balcony but we ended up with a room with no window! It was a busy time in Kalgoorlie so we could not find an alternative hotel in the town...

“Bedroom 1 sheets weren't fresh. Rodent- type noises were heard in the night. Bedroom 2 was in the living area - 2 rooms were expected. Toilet lid wasn't fixed and kept sliding off. Air conditioner didn't work from the remote, nor did it maintain the set temperature. It was either cold or too hot in the room. Really noisy. Needs replacing. The front door security screen didn't close properly so couldn't be locked. Whoever serviced the room only left 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and we were...

“Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very tidy and I really liked the bar and restaurant. ”

“Stayed with two kids in refurbished family room. Room was fine - spacious enough and comfortable. The Irish Bar downstairs is great and has delicious food and super friendly staff.”

“It was comfortable but average only; 6/10; a bit noisy with contractors in most rooms leaving very early in the morning...........the meal I had at Amalfi was very good (Ceasars salad) and the service was excellent.”

“Convenient and cheap Buffet dining good. Noisy with workers leaving at 4-5am. Carpets worn and stained, no microwave or toaster”

“We had a lovely stay at The Dugan. The house is spacious and comfortable, making it a great option for a family or larger group. The beds were particularly comfortable and the bedding was clean, which made for a good night's sleep. We really appreciated being able to check in early, as it made our arrival much easier. The property is also conveniently located for exploring Boulder and Kalgoorlie.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a comfortable home base during our time in...

“The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The house is in a great location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you!”
