“Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, dass sauber und sehr schön war. Das Bett bequem, ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen. Gut war auch der kostenlose Parkplatz und die zentrale Lage. Dafür zahlt man halt auch. Das Frühstück war ok. Prinzipiell ist die Frühstückskarte aus der man auswählt gut; allerdings war der bestellte Speck nicht durchgebraten und alles wirkte etwas lieblos. Vermutlich der hohen Zahl an Gästen geschuldet.”

“There is no air conditioning but ceiling fan only, it will be hot during summer months like July and August. The staff in general are very helpful and sincere. The breakfast quality is good. ”

“Das Bad in Zimmer 12 war eine Zumutung. Das große Handtuch war verschmutzt, das kleine Handtuch zerfranst, an der Decke ein sehr großer dunkler "Fleck" (Wasserschaden?), keine Toilettenbürste, nur eine feste Deckendusche, keine Handdusche. Im Schlafzimmer ebenfalls ausgedehnte Flecken an der Decke (vor dem Einschlafen kein schöner Anblick). Zum Hotel an sich kann ich nichts sagen (war viel unterwegs). Meine Kritik bezieht sich somit nur auf das Zimmer, das eine Zumutung war.”

“The hotel seem overwhelmed by having guests. Our bathroom was shabby with a cracked sink and broken fittings. The breakfast was good but logistics were chaotic. The swimming pool was run down. The sauna and steam room were dingy and both closed for maintenance shortly after I arrived in the middle of the day.”

“Das Personal war sehr nett. Und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Kilkenny sind.”

“Perfect location. Rooms were clean, unique and well decorated. The free onsite parking was great! Everyone loved the breakfast. Our room was right by the pub and the street so it was loud. The hotel staff did warn us ahead of time. So we had earplugs. All in all, we’d stay again!”

“Completely exceeded expectations! The room was clean, updated amenities, had AC, offered a small tray with water and tea's/coffee, had a TV, free WiFi, and had shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful as well! I went in early SEP-2026 and at that time, they had free parking to the left of the property and plenty of it to park a rental if you're staying on property. The rooms are located upstairs which are accessibility either by an elevator or stairs.……
