“The location was good but hotel staff not trained and unprofessional. Reserved beach view and got parking view and after back and forth and loosing a couple of night. They switched our room but gave us a room without shower door and every time you use the shower, room gets flooded. They have 6 restaurants but tried to reserve any of the restaurants. They were all booked during all our stay from the day we arrived and management can’t do anything about it. There’s 2 buffet, most guests get……

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

Besonders beeindruckend war der wunderschöne Garten, der unglaublich gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand. “We stayed in the Luxe swim up room. This hotel, despite its 4 star rating is outstanding. The attention and service from all staff is unique, they most definitely go above and beyond. The rooms are breathtaking and mini fridge is stocked daily. The food is fresh and varied. We would highly recommend and indeed to visit again.”

“The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for……
