“We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. However, we made two dinner reservations upon check-in, and neither restaurant had our names on their list. Even though we saw the reservations when we were checking in. Also, unfortunately, they were experiencing power issues, and our electricity went on and off more than 10 times throughout out stay, which is very inconvenient because when the power goes out the air-conditioning and the fan turned……

“Lovely setting in the peaceful hills above Hersonissos. Two beautiful pool areas, lots of sun beds for all. Rooms were clean and kitchen area had everything you need to cook meals. Pilates and yoga classes were excellent.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Great for families.”

“Loved everything about the property.”

“The Peninsula is top tier. The staff from the moment we walked in, were AMAZING! There were some staff (at the bars, and the lady with the blonde bob in the restaurant. She is very mean and rude), that were not as friendly as the other staff but everyone else made up for it. They were are all so helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk and housekeeping staff. They are exceptional! The amenities are all very well maintained. The staff I mentioned are the only reason I did not give stars. I……

“Staff were great. Ideal pool/beach holiday, nothing to worry about and great value.”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“From the moment we arrived we got 5 star treatment George the manager and his team Makis, Wilson and a lovely lady in the picture who I forgot to get her name all on reception were exceptional. The hotel is absolutely amazing we had a swim up luxe room which was stylish and fantastic way to chill for the 2 days we stayed. Food is incredible at this hotel high standard and the sushi amazing at the beach bar. The entertainment is great and cocktails at Entero bar lovely and staff amazing Ryan was……

“I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to……

“One of the best hotels we have stayed at”

“The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!”

“Beautiful view of the water and lovely grounds. The room had a terrace for delightful views and great air !”
