“As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. “Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”
