“We stayed at The Imperial for a week and overall had a very good stay, with a few caveats. We originally booked a cosy room, but it was very small, stuffy, had no AC, and the sea-view balcony could not be opened due to renovation safety restrictions. For one night it might have been manageable, but not for a week. Reception handled it very well: within about 10 min they moved us to a much larger room. It had no balcony or sea view, but the windows opened, so we considered it an upgrade. WiFi……

“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

“Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!”

“Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking……
