“A mixed review from me. Parking was £10 a night. Windows were filthy.Swimming pool was closed. Most draught beers were out of stock.The over bath shower had a curtain. No biscuits, only 6 milk sachets and curtain rail not connected at one end. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. So disappointed overall for a claimed 4star hotel.”

“This was a lovely Hotel breakfast was great Full English or Continental or you could ask for other things EG I had poached eggs on English Muffin which was lovely. We also had two evening meals which were just as enjoyable Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price of parking £15 a day was very steep especially being a quest at the hotel and having a disabled husband not being able to take advantage of free disability parking for our entire stay with on……

“Sumptuous beds a mile high with pillow soft toppers and silken sheets. Staff lovely, restaurant nice. Had rear room so no sea view but still nice open field to caravan site and balcony a 6pm sun trap, perfect for a pre dinner read. The extras the hotel offer make it fabulous; a room to store paddle board, lending you wetsuits, beach and picnic stuff etc. Car park busy (July) but nice chaps managing to help everyone. South Sands in front of you, rather challenging hill to next door North Sands……

“This hotel as no car parking ,so across the road £11 a night ,also there is no drawer space to put your clothes only a wardrobe”

“we booked this hotel last minute so we had chosen this for location and amenities. we arrived after 9pm and i was left waiting at check in for a little while however thw gentleman that checked us in was friendly. We could have done with an intro on the hotel, the amenities and even car parking. the car park right next to the hotel is mainly disabled but we weren't told this and we parked and paid and then realized after as the signage was small. The rooms had no air con but we were given a fan……

“The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our sea view room was wonderful but very warm in a heatwave! There was a small fan but the window didn't open far due to safety so we did need our own additional fans. Our only recommendation to the management would be to please sort out the shower. After a day on the beach a good shower with decent pressure and temperature control is essential. Also the shower screen was so small it was impossible to avoid water flooding the……

“All excellent as expected. Wonderful staff, excellent food you were really treated like an important diner. Room was great (shower a little small) huge bath though. You must book if you want parking. Pity cars and vans park outside spoils sea view from patio and restaurant.”
