“A beautiful place to stay, decorated tastefully and not overdone. My room was very attractive and although the mattress was firmer than I am used to I slept well. My view was over the valley but view from rooms facing this old village would also have been attractive. Efficient air conditioning greatly! Although small the garden was well maintained, as was the pool, and very quiet even at a busy weekend. Lovely sound of the water fall in the pool. Due to problems with my flights I arrived around……

“Staff excellent. Restaurant superb”

“I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this place is. I will forever dream of returning . The staff stands out as some of the most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting . And generally very cool and lovely . Get the massages , go to the pool , eat the dinner . You’ll never want to leave . Thank you for making our trip extra amazing”

“Everything was great! Enjoyed our stay! Recommend you stay there!”

“The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.”

“Très bien situé et comme un resort avec hotel / réception *** / fitness / piscines (un peu petites mais OK) / green golf / restaurant (on aime ou pas..) / très beaux parking.. bref quasi parfait”

“Very nice host, spacious and featured room, and good location. ”

“Climatisation absente. Faire respecter le silence relatif des voisins surtout après 22h.”

“LOVED OUR ROOM! STAYED 2 WEEKS. AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE! OUR HOSTESS WAS ALWAYS BUSY, DOING A GREAT JOB FOR HER CUSTOMERS. LOVE THE AREA.”

“Perfectly fine for a budget hotel, on an industrial estate off the ring road. It's clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool was a definate bonus on a hot day and for a pre breakfast swim. So long as you're not looking for rustic, romantic, french charm, then it's a good place for a stop over on a long journey.”

“The hotel was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. At check in we were given a map and shown the best way to walk to the town, only a few minutes walk away. Our room was very quiet and clean with blackout curtains. There was a very good choice of continental food at breakfast. The swimming pool was a great bonus and you are even given pool towels to use.”

“A lovely small hotel with a swimming pool in the centre of Bergerac. Very helpful staff.”

“Tiny room for three, but highly functional if used for the basics. Neat details and exceptionally clean! The staff was great and breakfast was flawless! Parking is super convenient.”

“Le calme , la gentillesse et l’emplacement”

“Comfortable stay , lots of warm and charming interiors at the chateau! Restaurants are fantastic on both Michelin and Bistro… ”
