“The staff is friendly and nice, thumbs up! Shuttle service from Hotel to airport instructions are clear. Rooms are clean and nice. Only we had some power failure and the A/C wasn't working the correct way. Location was convenient to access highway for business meeting.”

“We spend a week, the room was excellent with very clean even checked under bed was very clean, the staffs were excellent with a good customer service, all amenities were replenished every single day they cleaned our room. They even went an extra mile to tidy up our stuffs in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Nice chefs,waiters, I will never forget Naomi from the reception for her first impression when we checked in,and Aupa the driver who made our trips and tours from town to……

“Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. ”

“- Room is a bit small but neat and tidy. - A stupid design of SOCKET position. Space between socket and desk is not enough for plug to plug in. Can only use the socket for kettle to charge phones. - Location is good. Near airport and there is a food square right next to the hotel. There are variety of restaurants for selection. - Breakfast is ok, not a lot of choices but both bread and coffee are above average. - Staff at front desk are very helpful. -Wifi is not perfect but considered……

“I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.”

“飯店裡的員工都非常友善，因住宿隔天要非常早去參加tour，飯店員工貼心的留了字條告知出發時間以及打包好隔天的早餐，非常感謝!不過飯店美中不足的是地板清潔度不夠有許多灰塵，通風也不好有點異味，但總體以價格來說已經很不錯了，早餐好吃房間也大!”
