“This was a gem of a find. The rooms appear to have recently been refurbished so it was lovely, clean and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble. A very comfy bed, and if like me you hate creased sheets none here 😀. Easily walkable into town. There is limited off street parking so that is a bonus. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Bridlington.”

“It was unclean and smelt on entrance. Avoided breakfast due to uncleanliness and massive dog. Front was filthy. Would not recommend. ”

“Great location, helpful owner, convenient parking. Very dated, cold, strange smell (guard dogs/foist?), inadequate shower, uncomfortable beds, could be cleaner. Didn't try breakfast or bar. Not good value for money when booked through Expedia.”

“The facilities are great, although they do charge extra to use them. Staff are terrible though, not helpful at all.”

“Everyone so helpful , and meals are big portions and good selection, staff so nice treat you like family. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking on your doorstep , everything you could want , definitely going back and highly recommended ”
