“Tive problemas inicias na acomodação que foram muito bem geridos pela equipe do hotel posteriormente. O lugar é diferente de um hotel comum....a disposição dos quartos e áreas comuns se parece mais com uma grande casa de família do que propriamente com um hotel. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. O fato de não haver ar condicionado e frigobar prejudica um pouco a estadia. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas já pude perceber que isso é uma "cultura" nos hoteis do Chile. O fato de ter bicicleta……

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice accommodation, clean and convenient”

“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”
