“My reservation was three adults and a 18 months baby four people full prices total. (The baby paid full price too). The breakfast was included for the three of us but nothing for the baby which I thought it was odd but I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. “Non attentive staff hotel and restaurant.
We thought we booked for 3 people but they only had 2 for reservations. The clerk said it would be $15 a night then changed it to $25 a night then when I pulled out cash she changed it to $50 per night.
Laundry service is $2 per garment. Would have cost us $30 for a load of laundry.
No AC during the day
No heater for night
No hot water in shower, hotel provided soaps had broken handles, now weary that they will charge us for them.

“Esta propiedad cuenta con mesa de billar, (pero no esta en la mejor condicion) futbolitos, y mesa de ping-pong. Tambien nos toco comer mangos que crecen en la propiedad. Tienen varios arboles frutales. Si tiene dos piscinas. La playa esta como a 5 minutos caminando, no se ve del hotel, y es muy desierta. Cuidado en la arena, yo encontre vidrios rotos.
