"A lovely hotel with amazing staff, always willing to help. For instance my a/c was feeble, so a standing fan was acquired to keep me cool.
Tasty food in the restaurant, with attentive wait staff.
My only suggestion would be to control the excessive music that is so loud it literally vibrates and it goes on from late afternoon to beyond midnight. It spoils the atmosphere in the hotel, interferes with sleeping and prevents me from giving five stars in my evaluation.

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning.
