“I was highly disappointed in the staff working the bar. I stayed four nights on the property and the customer service was severely lacking. On quite a few nights, the bar was understaff with a new bartender (he used a booked to figure out how to make a drink listed on the cocktail list. On another night I directly asked a different bartender if he knew how to make an old fashioned. He said 'Oui!' and pour me a Sir Davis on the rocks. Definitely need staff training to run a better bar program.”
