"The front desk associate who assisted me during check-in was truly one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been helped by her. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name because I was rushing to prepare the room for a surprise birthday celebration, so everything was a bit hectic at the time. Despite the rush, she made my entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Many people do not realize how much front desk agents handle on a daily basis, yet she still provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed to the hotel. I plan to stop by again and give her a small token of appreciation because she truly deserves recognition for how wonderful she was.
