The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. All the staff are super helpful, kind, and communicative. The front desk (I forgot his name) went out of his way to receive a package and get another one picked up. The location is also great- you can walk or easily find a tuktuk outside, and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. At the same time, it was so peaceful and somehow the outside noise didn't carry in. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Excellent experience, right from the moment we reached there. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to assist us. The resort is beautiful, with access to a private beach which is clean. The restaurants are very good, with friendly and courteous staff. I want to qualify what a couple other reviews said about this hotel. 1) they do now serve alcohol, so don't worry about that, and they would go into town and get anything you need for you 2) It's not entirely in the middle of no where - but if you want to do a lot of sight seeing stay in Trivandrum, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. Our stay at La Ri Sa was magical. The hotel staff were delightful. The scenery beautiful.

The hotel is close to the airport with complementary 24 hrs service to the airport. The restaurant have one of the best food in India. The hotel overall was clean, well maintained and decorated. My only complain is that there were some mol spots in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel!

Excellent facility. Excellent food. Thanks to the restaurant manager Bikram and the chef Karthick. Excellent buffet breakfast and Lunch. We are pure vegetarian and the chef took time to prepare some delicious South Indian cuisine taking into account all our requirements. We will continue to use the hotel and the restaurant during our visit to India.

The staff was extraordinary and gave us a great deal of assistance and effort. We felt very cared for. Shyam was invaluable in his care and assistance in navigating a new culture for us. An incredible employee in the breadth of his knowledge and his willingness to answer every question.

We did not expect to stay in the middle of a forest. It is a tent room with all comforts one can expect in the middle of a forest. Very comfortable with wi-fi, TV etc and the hotel staff were very courteous and accommodated our late arrival and had fantastic stay.

Absolutely beautiful property that will sure to please. Away from Manali proper, it offers an experience that is very non-Indian-like. One could imagine they are in the Alps or Colorado. This is a very peaceful place and myself and my friend quite enjoyed the stay for the most part.

Excellent hospitality .

Upgraded to a lovely, stylish room with a gorgeous view of the lake. I couldn't have been more comfortable. Staff was kind, friendly but not intrusive. Very comfortable as a female travelling alone.
