“部屋も清潔で家族4人安心して泊まることができました。徒歩2分の距離にcoopがありますのでとても便利です。もちろん部屋には水やスナック、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスがありました。満足しています。”

“We found it difficult to describe this as an Hotel. The Cafe only opens on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday and closes at 5pm. There is no Bar and no restaurant. The place needs a lot of TLC and maintenance. With regard to the accommodation we were allocated room 5 on the ground floor which is quite dark due to the proximity to the window of a vertical bank and wall above . As we intended spending most of the time out and about this was not a big issue. The main problem was evident the following morning……

“为我们一家三口安排了家庭套房，意外惊喜，服务周到体贴。”

“Poor shower design flooded bathroom On our first breakfast, buffet service disorganized. Yoghurt bowl empty, no fruit, ran out of cups, no marmalade etc The staff run off their feet but taking the flack from residents politely.”

“Staff 100%. Great for pets”

“Quiet, comfortable hotel. Great location for the beach. The staff were just lovely. Friendly and helpful. Decor a little dated but charming in an oldy woldy way. Nice breakfasts.”

“Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.”

“I was worried by the negative reviews of this hotel before arriving but circumstances dictated that we would stay here. In fact, the place was actually better than expected - not great but acceptable provided you only need the basics. Yes, the property is tired and in need of a face-lift; the carpets are well-worn, the beds are old, the bar/entertainment area hasn't been used in a long time and the bathroom was very basic. Your room isn't serviced during your stay other than to empty the bin……

“Room was basic, comfortable and clean, beds were good, had nice sea view. Would stay there again.”

“We loved our stay at The Fig Tree. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. It’s a great location and we really enjoyed the free breakfast. Often times a free breakfast is a buffet where food is sitting out, but we loved being able to order from a menu and it was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,……

“ A lovely stay at this property, room was lovely with a great sea view. Food was very good, breakfast was excellent. ”

“We stayed 3 nights food was outstanding and great value , staff are amazing. Great location for exploring the area .”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to……
