“Check in was quick and easy. The staff was efficient and quick getting the line of guests checked in. The Best Western Room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. For a hot summer day, the air conditioning was working great. There was a smokey sky lingering over the area, but the room was fresh and no odor from outside. My granddaughters used the pool. “Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.”

“The property was filthy, the VR checking was a nightmare. We had to get 8 key cards, because they stop working every time you left the building. The TV didn't work, and there were NO humans on property to ask for help. But we were contacted by corporate and we will try again next year as it is to be remodeled.”
