Door key did not work and they needed to unlock it with a physical key. We weren’t able to leave the room unless one person stayed in it. Night staff was impatient and rude.

The bath tube is dirty with black marks around the bottom edges. There is no microwave, fridge, hair dryer, or hot water kettle. Not able to borrow one. No body wash, shampoo or conditioner. The TV is flaking.

Booked a room for 2 days I was in and out working I rebooked for a week went down to pay for the week I booked through Expedia the next day they told me I had to pay the lady did not use my reservation she only charged me for 1day I told them I has reservation for a week they charged me the same price as Expedia and I thought they got the Expedia reservation two days later which was on a Saturday I didn’t have to work or work Friday 4 PM all the way till Saturday 10 AM I came home I went to sleep I woke up itching so got up just getting ready to go wash my clothes that I use that as I was gathering my clothesIt was bedbugs in my bed I had bites on me I went downstairs they told me they wanted to move me to another room I told them I wanted my money back they only gave me money for the next three days I have left which was Sunday Monday Tuesday I’ll love I’ll call Expedia they didn’t help much because I had to pay for another hotel room and it was more than a hotel room that I got previous I was just I feel screwed all the way around

It’s a Motel 6. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. No breakfast and not too many options within walking distance as I did not have my own transportation. Not bad considering all I did was sleep here.
