“Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, die Gebäude/Restaurants, Zimmer und Pools sind toll und in gutem Zustand. Das Essen war lecker, auch relativ abwechslungsreich. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, war frischer Fisch am Buffet. Es gab immer nur Fleisch und/oder Gemüse. Zur Abwechslung kann man in die beiden a la carte Restaurants, das Essen hier war ok, bzw. lecker im „Fine dining restaurant“ Was jedoch total enttäuschend war, ist der nicht vorhandene Strand bei Flut. “Kobe Suite is a nice smaller hotel, with two great pools. Limited lounge chairs around the pool area. Restaurant on site for lunch and supper was okay, one night I found a live bug in the olive they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Breakfast buffet is nice. Overall we would stay again if needed ”

“This is not 5 star property , and is not priced like one. There is no swimmable maintained beach around, ocean water is dirty. Food is ok but nothing special. Rooms are clean, watched out for lizards. Pools are busy, ants are everywhere around ”

“We stayed five nights with three persons in the Simba Jike villa at the Lawford’s and it was wonderful. The pictures we found online didn’t do the villa justice. You can expect a huge 3 storey villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfy huge living area and several chill-out lounge spots at the piece. A huge kitchen and fridge. “Wonderful place, for people looking to seek a different type of experience, we stayed in the lagoon bubble lodge, lovely view of the lagoon. Monkeys jumping on top in the morning which we were lucky to see as we slept. One of the best pools to swim and relax. Staff and owners very welcoming and helpfull. Lovely facility of boat ride to take you to otherside which by road takes 50 mins. Would definitely recommend to people seeking a luxury outdoor experience.”

“The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless.”
