“There are a lot of people who look like tramps in the lobby, I know there are a lot of tramps in downtown but there are a lot of people here. Room was very poorly soundproofed Someone yelled in the hallway in the middle of the night Room was clean but equipment was very old You should think about redecorating The bathroom water was earthy for the first time every day The front desk even wanted to charge me again when I was going to check out”

“Room was clean and the hotel is under renovation but the last few times we’ve been there we never see any renovations in the rooms we are assigned. The lobby and restaurant, lounge are well designed, nicely decorated and modern looking but the guest rooms need redecorating desperately, they look worn and dated. Front desk staff, bar & restaurant staff and the valet staff were excellent!!”

“Very nice hotel. Our room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable and the front desk staff were warm, professional and welcoming. Once we checked in, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay, but we were treated so poorly at the bar that I question if we will ever return. After getting checked in and settled, we planned to go to the bar for a drink before heading out to dinner. When we checked in at the restaurant they said they could accommodate us at the bar, which we said was fine. We……
