"We choose the RIU for a Weekday Evening away. We have had experience with the RIU Family of resorts in several countries so we thought we would try this new Toronto location. The STAFF is exceptional. Not overstating when I say this. Everyone and I mean everyone holds themselves to a very high standard and it was felt. Facility is clean, secure, modern and fresh. Breakfast Buffet which was included in the nights stay, was what you would expect in an All Inclusive resort not in a single night stay big city Hotel Room, very impressed. Would recommend to family and friends for sure!! "

"From start to finish, staff was genuinely friendly and kind. Raj was warm and welcoming when we checked in late, the cleaning ladies asked with smiles if there was anything we needed for our room, breakfast buffet was perfect, the hostess and servers were quick to attend to seating, getting coffee on our table and removing our used dishes. There was no issue with keeping our luggage in storage after checking out. Our stay was comfortable, quiet and excellently located"
