"Excellent staff. Check in was efficient. The hotel is in an amazing location, with the falls right there. The hotel was worn with few amenities. The carpet in the hallways is very worn and needs a good cleaning. There was debris on the floor outside our room and after a 4 day stay, it was still there. "Room decor was a little outdated, but the king bed was beyond comfortable. The water pressure and temp in the shower was insanely good. Paid for harbour view room, and it did not disappoint. Excellent stay!"
