Very happy with our stay. Only minor point is that dinner reservations at the restaurants on site can be a bit tricky (e.g. we were given a later booking even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we requested)."

"The whole experience from checking in was fabulous, the rooms were clean and ready ahead of time, the staff were very friendly and polite and always at hand to help with any questions we had. The Spa was superb with all the different types of treatments available. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Mauritius to stay here, I would definitely like to go back for another holiday at this venue"

We needed a quick turnaround, and the team stepped up without skipping a beat. The mind-blowing organization took all the stress off our shoulders. Every single detail was handled with precision, creativity, and flawless execution. What truly sets Tamassa apart, though, is the staff. The level of courtesy, warmth, and genuine care we experienced from every team member was unmatched. The staff was constantly one step ahead of our needs, making sure we and our guests were completely taken care of. Their expert advice on layout, flow, and touches we hadn't even thought of elevated the entire event. It was the bride's first trip to Mauritius. Tamassa hotel did everything to give a great first impression. "I loved how eco conscious the property was, refillable toiletries, water stations and paper straws only! The beach was lovely, staff at boat house really helpful. The food was al a carte and lots of vegetarian and fish options which we liked. The drinks are on the expensive side but I think they good value for quality food makes up for this. We did full board and I would reccomend it. You can see there are some minor things to iron out like I didn’t like trying to be sold on booking dinner at the chefs table restaurant all the time. We used the spa on the last day even with discount this is pricey but the full body massage was amazing!"

"This is a generally well-maintained hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Although the rooms are a little worn and could use an update, everything else was excellent. The food was delicious in every restaurant we visited, and the wide, beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers made our stay feel truly relaxing."
