"Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice! Staff is very helpful, especially Umut who goes out of his way to make sure my stay was good."

"I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at BC Spa Hotel. There was a broken chair on the balcony, so I contacted reception and asked for it to be replaced. Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. They apologized and agreed to complete Expedia’s refund request...
