“Had a great stay - the room was nice and cleaned everyday. The receptionists were all very helpful and the food was also very nice. The only thing was the shower flooded the bathroom a bit. All in all a great stay and we shall probably be back next year.”

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“We stayed in the property as a family of four. It was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are shops nearby and it’s a very easy access to Amsterdam, and Hoorn itself is a lovely town. The host was welcoming and helpful.”

“Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Holland und es war einfach zauberhaft. Die Vermieter waren toll. Die Nachbarn haben uns empfangen, als ob wir dazu gehörten. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal den Weg auf uns nehmen.”

“Sehr nette Mail des Vermieters mit ausführlichen Hinweisen. Hübsche Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und dicht an der Hoorner Altstadt mit guten Shopping-Möglichkeiten. 10 Min zum tollen Hafen. Vermieter wohnt nebenan, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas zu beanstanden ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist gut für zwei Paare, Freunde oder eine Familie mit größeren Kindern geeignet. Sehr steile Treppen, nicht……

“Lage! Mitten im Ort. Parken hinter dem Hotel Max. 2 Stunden mit Parkscheibe. Dauerhaftes, kostenloses parken 5 Minuten entfernt bei der Universität.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Leuk hotel met schone kamers en prima ontbijt. Lekkere bedden. Terras aan het water. De kamer is wel wat klein maar we waren toch de hele dag aan het fietsen dus dat was geen probleem.”
