“We arrived at the venue expecting a tent for 4 people with bath towels and at the end we were supposed to bring our own tent. This was never clear at the reservation. It was a very busy weekend and there was nowhere nearby where we could buy one and our party had no experience at all in mounting a tent.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view over the fields and town of Zeltweg, to the mountains in the distance. The staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I would have given this hotel five stars, however contacting anyone "after hours" was extremely difficult. My key card stopped working, unfortunately on a Tuesday night when the restaurant is closed. I came back from dinner at 8:30 pm and found the reception was closed and I could……
