"古いホテル。ロビーは新しくて綺麗に見える。窓が無い部屋を選ぶと、部屋に入るときに下水道の臭いがある。ベッドからシャワー室の中がシルエットで見える。コップは前の宿泊者の口紅の跡がある。アメニティは持参か現地調達が良いかも。朝、部屋掃除の札を出して観光へ、午後4時、観光から戻ってきましたが、未清掃。その後、部屋を掃除するから15分出てくれと追い出される。こんな感じです。"

"The staff at check in were really nice and the room was very clean when we entered. However that is the only positives of this property. We stayed for two nights and on the second night we tried to order room service but the phones were not working. So I walk down to the lobby and speak with hotel staff about the issue and they told me they are currently upgrading their phone system. Staff at check in did not mention this and I feel they should have. What if there is an emergency and they are trying or need to call the rooms how would we know we are trying to be reached if phones don’t work. The staff offered to send someone up to take our order for room service so I go back to my room ended up waiting 20 minutes and no one arrived to take order. Go back downstairs I speak to the staff and I’m irritated they apologize and say someone will be there shortly by this point I don’t want to spend anymore money at this property so I declined and all they could do was say sorry. I will not stay at any Melia property ever again. Word of advice stay at a Pan Pacific or Novotel they are way better then this chain hotel that says they are 4.5 star when they are actually 2.5 stars"

"The room was clean and the sheets and towels were white. A choice of pillows and a large comfy bed. The tv has two average English channels. I didn’t use the restaurants…. The hot weather really sapped my hunger levels. I used the pool area a number of times, but it’s a bit of a tourist attraction so there’s often folks parading around doing a photo shoot. And it’s also used as a function space so one day it was pretty much out of action unless you cared to share the event. The pool bar is also a bit strange. It has lots of liquor bottles on the bar counter, but when you ask for a drink you’re met with “beer”?. No one comes to you to ask if you would like a drink. The staff are super polite, but they don’t speak very good English. I get it…. I don’t speak the local language here. I am appreciative to the chap working at the entry point who organised me a cab to the airport using their app…. I would have paid more (possible 2-3 times) more if I’d asked the cab driver "
