"On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. "I was dissatisfied since the begginng due to the questioning from the receptionist about the payment through Hotels.com even mention that agency did not pay the hotel and I needed to pay again. The matter was resolved after a quick call with a Hotela.com representative.
After that entrance the first night could not sleep. Construction workers from the same site where too noisy and drunk from 4 am to 6.30am.
Water was sold to us by their personal from the restaurant at double the price.
