“Grounds are beautiful and provide a lot of privacy for each bungalow. Rooms are basic but clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating and food was good. There were a couple groups there which took up the work spaces - this was the only issue. ”

“I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available””

“A Delightful Stay at Dreamland Hotel Arua We had a wonderful experience at Dreamland Hotel in Arua. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great amenities. The staff couldn't be more friendly and professional, always ready to help. The grounds and pool are beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the restaurant. The food is fantastic with an abundant menu options. Perfect for both business and leisure — I’d definitely stay again!”

“I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly.”
