“Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to……

“ "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—central and convenient to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and went out of their way to be friendly. It made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again." ”

“Amazing. Definitely worth it”

“Excelente y original experiencia boutique Una propuesta realmente innovadora.

“The staff are really helpful. The room is clean. The location is great as it is only a few block from the town centre. You can easily find something to eat by walking for a few minutes.”

“Ficamos duas noites.

“The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the local restaurants and wineries. The room has a balcony which was fabulous. Properly was well maintained and beautiful. Definitely would come back to this property.”

“Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel was connected to the he mall, so plenty of shopping.”

“Very good staff”

“Excelente!

“Quiet location on the outskirts of the city. Very nice hotel and room. ”

“We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean.”

“Awesome and totally dreamlike location. I can not praise this place enough. I did not even miss the tv-set. Why watch television with all that beauty around me?!”

“Very attentive staff; food was outstanding; great place to relax and enjoy nature”

“This hotel has a wind swept dusty feel - a new coat of paint needed perhaps, but I loved it. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a clean bathroom. Definitely better value for money then expected.”
